We are currently seeing our second mail server listed on a number of spam sites, engineers are investigating and have already requested removal.

Please note some listing take up to 48 hours before removal and until then any e-mail you send to other people who use these sites may not be received or may be delayed.

UPDATE 10.30am 14th May 2012

We are now seeing e-mail coming through and we aren’t listed on the any spam filters (note it can still take some time to be completely removed as some filters cache old results)

Update 16:48pm 16th May 2012

A small number of customers are still have issues sending e-mail, these affected users are mostly sending to btinternet or yahoo e-mail addresses and even though we aren’t listed on any blacklists, BT/yahoo continue to list us. We have contacted them with regard to removal. Other mail servers may still be effected if they haven’t updated their blacklists

Currently there is a mass outage at the Covent Garden BT Exchange effect all our phone lines.

Update 21st March 2012 @ 14:22 The BT Exchange issue now seems to be resolved and our telephone system is now working
